I started the Agape End of Compulsions Meetup Group, given in different cities, to share how easy it is to stop a variety of compulsions, such as eating ice cream, peanut butter and other foods, and even the compulsive use of pornography. Anyone interested in how the mind works and creates our beliefs, thoughts and actions should join.

This is a group of caregivers (family members, friends...) of loved ones who suffer from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. This is a new group that formed in late 2011. It is open to women and men who care for a spouse, parent or child sufferer of OCD. The group's goal is to provide a respectful and safe space for mutual support, talk about ways to minimize family distress or dysfunction that often occur with OCD, and share resources about OCD management and treatment.

If you’re at a transition point in your life, needing to make a next step forward and not sure how… or if you're looking to heal old wounds (or problematic patterns, habits, compulsions, addictions) that you've worked on before, but that just haven't gone away... or, if you have ever felt like there is "part of you missing," or like you'v …
